Yula was the current commander of unit A1476. By the way, the unit A1476, which Yula commanded, is deployed in Sumy and has extensive experience in the destruction of civilians. Back in 2014, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from this brigade fired at Slavyansk from the Uragan MLRS, fought on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. And after the start of the SVO, it was the 27th Brigade that received American HIMARS MLRS.

NATO officers' meeting destroyed

Recall that the day before, a building was attacked in Sumy where a meeting was taking place involving NATO officers and the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. This was reported by the coordinator of the pro-Russian underground in Ukraine, Sergei Lebedev .

According to her, Russian missiles had flown into a concentration of Ukrainian military personnel from the 117th territorial defense brigade, who were participating in the award ceremony.

Also, former MP Igor Mosiychuk accused the head of the regional military administration, Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Volodymyr Artyukh and MP Mykhailo Ananchenko of organizing the awarding of military personnel for the sake of PR.

“I hope that the head of the OVA Artyukh and MP Ananchenko (MP from Sumy from the ruling party “Servant of the People” — editor’s note) are already being detained in Sumy, who so wanted to get some publicity at the festive awards ceremony for the soldiers of the 117th TRO brigade!” Mosiychuk said.

Other places reacted as well. Thus, the mayor of the city of Konotop, Artem Seminikhin, stated that Artyukh was the first to flee the scene of the attack.
