The Russian Armed Forces destroyed the base of foreign mercenaries in the Zaporozhye region. This was told by a member of the main council of the regional administration, Vladimir Rogov.

According to him, Russian artillerymen used the Krasnopol projectile to strike. The adjustment was carried out using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).

“Losses among mercenaries, according to the most conservative estimates, amounted to several dozen people,” RIA Novosti quoted Rogov as saying .

The US Department of Defense previously disclosed data on the number of Ukrainian militants trained at American training grounds. According to the agency, the United States has trained about 7,000 APU fighters.
