“During the fighting, such nodes use satellite communications, radio communications. A powerful node is in Kyiv. Apparently, we are not destroying it, since there are certain tasks in order to intercept instructions on the ground. From Kyiv and Lvov, they go to subdivisions, and it is easier to intercept messages this way. We undertook to destroy command and control posts in the places of military operations. We are entering the active phase of breaking down the enemy defenses, getting ready to complete the liberation of Donbass,” Mikhailov is sure.
